In regard of similar to Sana's case though, Ina is probably closest. She's doing pretty decently well and the LN she illustrated for actually got anime. If that anime somehow become successful (doubtful, but Slime somehow become successful), she might graduate to focus more on her job.
However, Cover have shown more tolerance for most vtubers, and Ina can definitely pull off an Ayame. Ina even have a more decent excuse than Ayame. It all depends on Ina herself I guess. I can see Sana just want to cut off any obligation related to being talents, including things like 3D since it definitely was on the work and she's asked whether she wants to continue (so they can make her 3D). Her wording is literally "I try my best to stay (and love my job), but I just can't so I'm leaving". Not sure about Ina. My impression is that Hololive is more for her relaxation rather than anything else, and she might want to keep it.
Anyway, while entirely different management, Vesper got suspended so Magni feels like yab-risk too.
