Like, they don't just say "Oh, I've been playing X offstream and I'm really enjoying it, I really want to play X, I hope we can get perms for it" hoping that the permissions guy who fucking hates EN suddenly decides that he doesn't fucking hate EN, they'll just fucking get the perms for it themselves, and PLAY IT. Literally any time you check NijiEN, they're having fun together playing something new, and then you look at HoloEN and, assuming they're streaming at all, they're just going through the motions, not even trying to hide the fact they don't give a shit any more, playing the same games every time because they can't get the okay to play anything else.
