Now, that doesn't fully solve the problem that over time, anyone getting into HoloEN will become lazy and entitled too (as long as the mindless blue dorito fanbase basically rewards them for just existing, the tendency of most people is to minmax their efforts accordingly and see with how little they can get away with), but that's when you roll out the next gen anyway.
inb4 "b-but we're not Niggersanji, we don't aCcelLeRaTe..." or "h-heh, q-quality over quantity...", no one is asking to flood the market with two dozen new vtubers every few months, but there's a reasonable middleground between that extreme and the Cover's extreme of waiting almost two years and being stuck with the same ten girls. And as for "quality" lol if the quantity of streams is still zero, the "quality" doesn't matter anyway. Really, jusr put out at least a new gen per year or so, that's enough to patch over some holes (see how many of your current girls are out of commission? yeah) and as long as there are still dead hours, there aren't "too many girls" anyway.
