Reclaim what? I can understand deleting their custom username, that's only fair.
I can understand disabling new comments, maybe even community posts, until they log in again. (and even that is a stretch, what if friend/family wanted to post an update that a user had died in the comments of a video, I've seen that a few times... sadly)
