Pekora's streams ended up blowing up and a little while later they got permissions for a few more chapters later in the story which Pekora announced at the end of one of her watchalong streams. Koyori had also been playing off-stream and was already far enough along that there wasn't a point to streaming it when Pekora announced the permissions. She tweeted basically saying she wish she knew about that so she could have streamed it. A little bit later she deleted the tweet and sent another couple of tweets explaining that management didn't tell her about the permissions in advance and that they will in the future and she'd be doing a watchalong of the anime and that people should watch Pekora's FGO playthrough.
