Clickbait doesn't imply a lie necessarily.
In this case it's a strategic withholding of information designed to attract attention and clicks.
A title like "Holotalk delayed due to sickness" would be obviously more informative, but would attract fewer views. To me this shows Kiara's true intentions with the video.

That's nonsense. A title should give you enough information for the audience to decide if it's worth their time. The whole point of clickbait is that it withholds information so that you feel compelled to click. Clickbaiting for your dead pet is something a sociopath would do.
This is why twitter or community posts are suitable for this kind of thing.
