Yes and no.
She is a cosplayer and you probably saw her doxx in some galleries or even /here/, 0% chance she is a virgin with that body. Her only real yab was when an old man interrupted her stream and she said it was her father. It's consistent with what she says about her messed up family life at least.

Other than that she is a true GFE pro, great performer and keep the character up pretty much 100%, never talks about unicorn repelling topics. She is great at handling potential yabs and keeps her chat in check, probably thanks to her experience as a maid cafe worker and TV idol. Because of her background she also seems very grateful for her success in the vtubing space, definitely not something found too often in big EN chuubas.

Nene has the healthiest EN gfe imo. She has clear boundaries, like making it clear that she's playing a character and that it's anime waifu roleplay, not gf rp. Her chat is pretty healthy and doesn't come across as creepy parasocial for the most part (unlike Lua and Oceane's). However, it absolutely does look cultish if it's your first time and Nene could probably start a cult if she wanted too.
