This ofc depends on your idea of what GFE is. Mine is and always has been:
"the degree to which a holo has compartmentalized away/disassociated from reality and warped her perception of her audience into being more in-line with seeing it as a surrogate boyfriend"
So even holos that act in atypical ways for GFE(Pekora, for example) can still be GFE simply because they behave with chat like they would behave with their actual boyfriend, because that romantic attraction and desire is still there and influences chuuba-audience interactions.
