The context for this was that Pomu was talking about how making schedules was annoying because sometimes shit happens and you need to be flexible. Hence why NijiJP doesn't make schedules. She also said that she was still going to make schedules because it was convenient for the viewers.

Schedules aren't necessary for both Niji and Holo JP because their market is literally the same timezone as them. For EN, who are spread all over the world, they kinda have to do it. This goes for ID too, especially the ones with oversees audience.
But I do understand the additional effort of having schedules. As a wagie, I think a good compromise is just set a "usual time" that you could expect the streamer to stream, a usual break day to expect the streamer to not stream and notifications of any changes hours in advance so people don't wait for nothing.

I seriously feel this board is willfully ignorant of the different circumstances of different genres and assume one must work like the other.
