The gits thing is using almost exclusively analogue drum machines, specifically the 909 and the 808, even if they're processed in parts. You can clearly hear the 909 kick, snare, and the main melody lead is an 808 rimshot. Point is, GITS always had really cool OST, because a lot of it is very techno adjacent.

Given that we only have around 10 seconds of Violet, there's not much dissecting you can do yet. But it does sound familiar, there is some anison that sounds a lot like it, that uses a similar motif, with the panning clicks and the repeated, glitchy notes.
