The correct term would be gynoid or even fembot.
But as with the word "men" it's used many times to mean not only "man-shaped" robots but "human-shaped" robots aswell.
Although "humanoid" would be better, it's less common and feels more cold so-to-speak, more to the robotic side of things. As in "imitation/mockery of a human".
But "android" feels like "robot with human-like qualities" so it's preferred overall
