The interesting part is the the Large Language Model (That probably is only GPT2 sized), and all the hardwork for interacting with LLMs is all super easily interfaced off with HuggingFace Transformers, so you can finetune that or just inference it straight.
I suppose the Text 2 Speech stuff is neat? But between NovelAIs TTS, AI.21 and what the skyrim modders are doing, there's plenty of examples to follow.
