As someone who hates unicorns, even I can see why what you just pointed out is a problem. Hololive’s selling point is a sense of group cohesion and a minimal amount of male interaction (not zero, unlike what the schizos here claim). Having good chemistry with males is for Nijisanji.
You’re not even wrong, Kronii does have good chemistry with Tempus. And Tempus really do make pretty good streams. That doesn’t make Kronii a bad vtuber (necessarily). It *does* make her a really bad fit for Hololive, though. It’s just more evidence of just how bad scouting was at their job.

She was the first vtuber I ever tried watching streams for instead of clips. I couldn’t get into them no matter how hard I tried. I just thought watching streams was stupid. Then, I watched VODs for other vtubers and got a better idea of the appeal. I watched a Kronii stream live again after the Tempus shitstorm and realized just how boring it was.

I’ve never been able to fap to a vtuber, whether we’re talking about their model or art of them. It’s just…their personality gets in the way. With fictional characters you can just ignore their personality and treat them like objects. The sandwich blending stream was unironically hilarious. I actually also kind of enjoyed the collab with Vesper that started the subway meme in the first place.
I’m going to be honest, a few male collabs here and there wouldn’t have been that bad if A.) it didn’t become collab spam and B.) the collabers didn’t make it so plainly obvious they preferred being around the guys than their own coworkers.
A semi-porous membrane where Hololive and Holostars can occasionally drop by once in awhile? Sure. Having so little chemistry with your fellow HoloEN members that each male collab feels like you’re trying to tear the wall down even if you didn’t mean to come off that way? That’s what I didn’t like.

I don’t like Kronii at all because I find her boring and basically just a doomer who talks in her usual monotone most of the time. That wasn’t really me trying to give a “good” stream, it was me giving the one recent stream that I hated the least.
That said, I don’t normally watch Kronii. Maybe there is a hidden gem out there most people don’t know about. My perspective is that of a filthy casual, and I’m not trying to hide that.
