They chose an isekai story where Sora will be the NPC that will deliver you to the holoalt world. It makes sense that thr more mythical characters have more relevance first to show. I would imagine that another pv will show after 3 months extending the lore to the normies and finally adding characters. Subaru, Haachama, Suisei and Azki are pretty much normies that will be isekaid. Mel will be added lore to Choco's clinic. Watame is going to be with Pekora, and so on and so forth.
