Some holos with an emphasis on music production (especially the earlier gen ones) are pretty open to promoting and interacting with Stars / Tempus or even involve men in the vocals (Sora, Suisei), and some don't interact with males at all (I think Kanata and Watame are examples for that, at least I am not aware of any collabs or public acknowledgements).
Among the popular ones, you have people who don't collab with males at all (Korone) and people who collab often (Fubuki) as well as those who did so in the past but don't anymore (Miko).
So really, everything goes.
