The more vilified something is in a society the worse the humans who openly admit to it are.
If cumming on kids was tolerated then lots of people, who wouldn't do it now, would, because there is barely any risk of losing something by doing it.

If it is as vilified as it is now, then only those who have nothing to lose, the dregs of society who can't sink any lower, would admit to doing it.
Think about the usage of "nigger".
50 years ago, calling someone a nigger on the street may have been uncouth but would be ultimately without major consequences.
Do it now and your life is pretty much over because of the intense vilification.
The difference is, "nigger" can slip out if you're angry, otherwise agitated or even through in intrusive thought so normal people can fall victim to it, meanwhile it is extremely difficult to accidentally cum on a child.
