Someone in upper level management is a chuuni faglord and wanted to make an "androgynous white-haired 'godlike' overlord" character to use as the representation for the head of the branch to be the next "A-Chan" or "Shinove" type of figure, and someone higher up the management chain decided to enable them for a bit. But after striking out in terms of the main branch, due to lukewarm perception and a bungled launch that failed to really "link" that character into the Holo sphere, they shunted the character to the side-side branch's lore comics and called it a day, while using the account (because it's still there, the assets got paid for already, and you may as well use it) as a suppliment for the HoloEN twitter account for whenever someone feels a bit of that "MY HIDDEN EYE IS BURNING" spirit and wants to chuunipost about something.
