moris message is way more encouraging, and respectful.
kroniis is terrible. imagine working 9-5 job for 3 years, and today a special client comes in, but you overslept by an hour.
one coworker says "YOU are an extremely hard worker - this is just a rare slip-up. keep your head up."
and another says "mistakes happen to us"
obviously the former is reassuring, personal and kinder. the other one is blunt vague message that covers her ass too, and lumps you in the same pile as her, even tho shes tiers below you and is way lazier.
