That's back when she was affiliate. She hasn't bitched much about pay since, though I imagine the ccv is still an issue. She doesn't realize she's doing fine for a JP on that platform.
As for why she's on twitch I highly doubt it's part of the VS contract, they've never restricted anyone's platform before and twitch doesn't do exclusivity deals for non-massive streamers.. Whatever is the cause it's a mystery to me.

Mikeneko exists and she streams on it every month with a model or png, most of the time with a model actually. Maybe non-compete if she'd join another corpo or something but she definitely streams as a Vtuber on her Youtuber channel.

The only Hololive react shit I would tolerate at all (and still only once a week MAX) would be reacting to other Hololive stuff. There's a frightening amount of Holos (especially in the sidebranches) that have absolutely zero awareness of what company they work for and a stream would be a great excuse for them to fix that because they will never do it on their own time.
