I know that many of the HoloJP are familiar with yugioh (the show itself), but doesn't really play any card games.
As for the Niji side, both NijiEN and NijiJP plays yugioh.
Either way, none of them seems to play the card game that actually has them in it(weiss schwarz for Holo and Wixoss for Niji).
