Could Ina be actually dead and every "activity" we've seen just Cover presenting an illusion of her being alive? Think about it, have we actually heard Ina's voice at all since the update on her coming back "soon"? Every activity we've seen from Ina is either just secondhand info or text from her accounts. We also already saw from Umisea that Cover isn't all that strict in the quality of the voice acting yet they couldn't get any actual lines from Ina despite her allegedly being in Japan?
