Pippa is some sort of streaming savant, she binges tons of fleshtubers, follows vtuber recaps, clip channels.
She knows the tropes and the meta of being a vtuber.
When she had her AI vtuber stream you could clearly see that with just a tiny bit of inspiration she was able to come up with an entire character's lore and kayfabe.
She knew how to attract a new audience that wasn't conventional vtuber fans.
This is the blue ocean strategy, which Nintendo with the Wii to make it such a success, basically when a market is fully tapped and has reached its peak trying to compete is very expensive with small rewards.
Instead tap a completely new market, go to where there is no competition, expand your demographic.
Pippa did this with /here/ and shitposting fans. Other vtubers try to appeal to gachis or idol fans or reddit.
But she appealed to a group that didn't have their own vtubers and succeeded.
She wouldn't push the same strategy to every vtuber but she would be able to find a market for others to target and she'd be able to help fishman hire girls that had talent for showbiz and entertainment that could have a lot of vtuber potential.
Seriously fishman just give her some creative control.
