There's been plenty of times where both Pekora and Marine have mentioned they get along just fine, as well as Marine looking after her during social gatherings because of how socially awkward Pekora is/was.
Marine may act like a horny degenerate most of the time, but don't forget that she's pretty socially aware and generally knows how far she can push her jokes with people.
