The fact that Pippa streamed with a blizzard dev once, or did a stream with the CEO of a failed vtuber corpo who was trying to groom his talents doesn't put Pippa on the same league as Kronii who spent two months doing non stop collabs with the same men every fucking week and told her fans to fuck themselves.
What puts me off as a unicorn isn't "OMG GIRL TALKED TO A GUY" it's the constant presence of males on stream. If it's the same guys and if they're closer to the girls it just gets worse. If the guys keep their distance with some sort of social barrier and the collaborations are limited and specially if they have a specific context like an interview it's actually fine.
It's why I can't stand Nijisanji, there's always a guy on every fucking stream and the girls flirt with them and they all act like fuck buddies.
I also don't give a shit about PL or real life allegations of having relationships, true or not.
IT DOESN'T MATTER.
Out of mind out of sight, simple as that. I'm not there to watch the seiyu anyway I'm there to watch the anime girl.
The only exception is if the girl acts super romantic, needy and parasocial with her chat to the point that it starts to break kayfabe and flirts with the possibility that it's all real then it's actually part of the experience but those are very rare.
I'd say Phase Connect is not extreme unicorn focused like Kawaii but it's moderately unicorn compatible.
idol is very much unicorn friendly, no male interactions yet.
That said get the fuck out of my small corpos, I actually enjoy the slow chat and being able to interact with the girls.
