In japanese culture it's seen as pretty rude and unprofessional to show up late; in the US we'd probably just go ah whatever it's a stream but for hololive it was pretty significant lateness, and they're still a part of a company after all
Fubuki doing that stream took the heat off those two and shielded her fellow holos by turning an uncomfortable situation into great entertainment, really making a statement similar to other stuff she's done
Kiara though? The only thing notable about Ina's was Ina is a professional, responsible streamer who doesn't do things like show up late so people were genuinely worried maybe something happened to her
Kiara pretty much did the stream to copy Fubuki's example, nothing really heroic about it
So instead of kneeling and respect, a lot of people were anxious about how much cringe and embarrassment and discomfort would happen if it turned out Ina was actually missing cause something bad happened to her
