It's so laughably easy to filter bad chuubas out after interviewing them. Just hire people who have their backs against the wall. IDs are fucking poor that's why they have to stream. Other popular chuubas either have no life outside of streaming or possess no skills outside of streaming and can't talk to other people irl. You are cucking yourself by hiring someone wealthy, skilled or (already) popular.
