I'm legit sure they can be the most obnoxious latinos you can ever find, even beyond whatever mixture 2rd+ generation twitter-latinx immigrants are. Otherwise they are pretty friendly and nonthreatening. There IS a saying that goes "El enemigo de un peruano es otro peruano/The enemy of a peruvian is another peruvian" exactly because there's that sheer contrast between them.
