for years EN has been getting away with half assing everything that happens off camera when we already know for a fact the JP talents are pushed to their limits with 'idol style' training with singing and dancing in studio and prepping for eachothers concerts and so on. EN has avoided ALL of that by just hiring 3d animators to do their 3d, but the time is running out on them dodging the actual hard work holotalents do. Just streaming is easy, being an 'idol' is hard.
So now they're being pressured to fly to studio and actually perform, even if it's all expenses paid they finally have to actually do some real hard work and after 3 years of breezing through 6 figures a month salaries it has to be hitting like a truck
This is what they really signed up for, covid saved them from the hard work and now it's time to pay the piper
