It's pretty nice watching her grow and break out of her shell along the way.
I think her "being down in the trenches with you" works a lot better than the more basic "you can do it, you are valid and amazing" you'd usually get.

Yep, lost about 60 pounds last year and getting a bit more buff.
Tho I did change some schedule now, so I only go at about 3-4 times per week.
