I will be honest. I really tried liking her again. She was my original oshi.
From September onwards of 2021, I started watching other Ens like Gura, Kiara, Mumei, Bae, Fauna and IRyS more because their streams looked more engaging to me.
After a while around November or so, I really started loving IRyS and had two oshis(IRyS and Calli). I wasn't against her going to trash taste again frankly but I am not a huge fan of Connor and Joey and I think they are very egoistical. The next stream happened after the trash taste episode was where I could make out that yeah, she seems to be more welcoming to the that kind of audience than the Holo Audience. I still didn't give a shit. After that the Iron Mouse boom happened where she started giving her more attention and suddenly after that, the Condom incident happened. After that I was actually done. I didn't anti her, I understood she doesn't want the Holo audience. Why would you spend so much time replying and try owning your haters than focus on your fans?
Even those who genuinely wanted her to improve, she acted hostile to them. One of the chat members just asked about the Adam Sandler thing and that seemed to have offended her somehow. It was at that moment I stopped watching her and stope listening to her music.
Why would you want to the viewers of people like Connor and Iron Mouse when you have your own audience. It seemed to me that she didn't appreciate her viewers and instead wanted to go and attract people who she couldn't get. And I will be honest, I don't hate the Trash Taste people, but there were really using her and Hololive's brand. Notice how Connor and Iron Mouse will not lurk around Ollie's chat and other ID's chat like they used to. They did the same with Niji En(except for Vox apparently for Mouse).
You may say that Hololive as a whole was benefited by Trash Traste because of the book walker and that could be true honestly, but those guys really seem to shit on Holo girls which I really don't like at all.
But that being said, I feel sad for Mori honestly. I can see a good amount of people have left her. She used to average like 8000 viewers generally in 2021, now that number has fallen of drastically and it does affect your mentality. I tired watching one of her streams where she was talking about taxes and it made me feel sad. I still can't watch her and refuse to listen to her songs though
