SC becomes less important the more you gain an audience. For 3-views it's probably a big chunk, especially if you land a few whales. But when you have multiple revenue sources, it's pretty insignificant in the long-term. You're basically arguing over girls who make six-figures a year, even on the lowest end. Seh purchased a new buld that was still under construction and was able to get some elements of the design changed to what she wanted like a roomwith lots of outlets on every wall for streaming equpment and a soundbroof room. She also didnt buy outright and has mortgage. She said that there was recently a change amongst lenders that meant they considered streamers a legitimate source of income so she was now able to get a loan of that size when she wasn't able to before.

The one that made more, has about 100 ccv less than the other, both 400-500 ccv on average. Most revenue comes from donations and then ad revenue because they're both on twitch. (Which is apparently better for 3views and high end 2views)

Another option that's probably riskier but I've seen it work.
When a new game, whether it be an mmo or gacha starts, be a content creator for it.
Bonus points if it's some asian one that hasn't come out to the west yet and you play on the asian version. You know the answers that new people are looking for and you build a following that way.

Because if you get lucky with where you work, you can take HSR and maybe a subway stop. Which means you could live in the middle of fucking nowhere, and have no problem reaching central Tokyo.
Once the HSR between Tokyo and Kyoto has been upgraded further, there will be another small drop in the housing prices, as it means you now also have a entire rail line extra housing that can reach central Tokyo/Kyoto, without needing to live urban life.
