>>40596344Anon.... you do know this is a common technique in modern anime to just use real images of a place for some backgrounds and just simply apply a filter over it. It looks terrible but it's a way to skirt around copyright for them I would think. If you can see a clear image of a manga in an anime, you bet they got permission to do it at least.
