New gens are supposed to get better debut numbers than their predecessors. This is almost universally true in Hololive with a few exceptions, two actually that I can think of. These guys and ID3 (and ID3 isn't perfectly comparable).
They have fewer subs than tempus, got less debut CCV, and will probably have fewer "debut buff" average CCV than Tempus, which means they'll recline harder and faster than Tempus.
All of this indicates not growth, not even stagnation, but actual fanbase SHRINKAGE, which is the worst-case scenario
