I'd expect it to be more of a concern about being able to replicate it live given the importance and impact of the heavily processed vocals.
Maybe she's worried about being able to do it justice live unfiltered, or if setting up decent filters is too much hassle.
It's a shame how restricted it is given how much airtime it gets in Japan.
