>>4093184How can anyone possibly gosling to HoloEN? Serious question, I genuinely can't understand. I guess Ina is fine, but the others... Ok, some can tell that their EN oshi is entertaining to watch, I get that. But how is this enough to gosling about?
The whole point of goslinging is having an anime waifu who is real, but for you she might as well not be. JP vtubers are from Japan, which is a fictional country that exists only in anime, a place you can only visit by being hit by isekai truck-kun. They speak fictional language full of cute words written in 3 sets of unreadable characters that no real human being can possibly comprehend. They are making unnatural noises physically impossible for human voice cords. Even when anime is drawn in "realistic" style they look nothing like humans. Slanted eyes, black hair, average height is 1,5 meters and weight about 40 kg which is not normal for grown-up women. So when hologram asked Gosling "are you lonely?" it was all about him reaching level of loneliness when he was ready to fall in love to hologram. Hologram... Holo... Do you see what they did there? They are holograms who live. You can't touch them since they are drawn characters, but yet they react and behave as if they were real.
But EN? They are just girls somewhere in your country, or within reach of one plane ticket, who had lives similar to yours and millions of others. They are celebrities, so they are obliviously out of your league, but there are hundreds of girls with similar appearance and character structure near you, who aren't better or worse than your EN oshi in any way. I know, key won't go out with you since you're a loser, but still it's not impossible unlike with real vtubers from Japan. So, your feeling towards her should not be called gosling, it's just ordinary loneliness.
