She is really what you call a "beginner" gamer, content creation tho? she can produce music and had a channel before, also loves Vocaloid, sometimes sings too
But yes, she is pretty bilingual (with its curse having a somewhat "low" amount of vocab but its not really noticeable, certainly not for Japanese zatsus or the collabs with nijiJP

This is just a rrat that spawned from people complaining that Holo are missing out on people like her by focusing on Tempus, and that quickly deformed into 'Kotoka and Meloco auditioned for Holo but Niji got there first'.

Ofc she's not going to say that on stream but when she was asked if she watches vtubers outside of Niji she barely named Holo at all before announcing herself as a big VSPO fan. If she auditioned for anyone it was probably them. All we know if she auditioned for NijiJP and then EN.

nta but she mentioned struggling before getting into NijiEN and I think the rrat spawned because 2views would logically apply for everything that is open to auditions at the time.
Kotoka being bilingual opens her to a lot of options besides just NijiEN but until she answers the question on stream (she tends to read a lot of supers as they come so maybe it'll be answered eventually) it will remain a rrat used by the wishful thinkers "what if she joined holo and was our en streaming monster?"

I can believe this, she is good enough to handle documentation as she is in Japan and well, a Japanese citizen, and also because its actually the third vtuber company in ranking, at least a wiki told me so.
