Her voice is but yeah she didn't want to / know how to play the part. It's sad, the main reason I like vtubers conceptually is because of the theatrics. It can be more of an "art" than regular streaming but nobody values that aspect.

She is/was a shitty brat who doesn't sit properly, gets super excited and acts out during collab games including doing 3d victory dances, and is generally scolded for her behavior and gets angry when people make fun of her being like a kid. Seems to fit the role well.

It would be better but graduating in bigger corpos is inherently seen as something negative, there are examples in small corpos like Emi Suika where the girl improved her shyness and social anxiety through streaming and decided to move on with her life and go to college to pursue art that was one of her dreams and everyone respected it and gave her a warm farewell
