hell, Gura has probably tried to quit already, likely more than once. what they should do is focus more on Council and do a better job at scouting EN5. no more introverted autists unless they really love streaming

Will management start doing their job as well? Will they get permissions faster? Will they help the girls get access to music producers easier? They can, but they're just a bunch of pussies. A handful of talents is holding back the entire branch and making it worse for everybody. Do it. Let go of the ones who don't want to work. If there's any time where Cover can take the financial hit from losing Gura, it's now. Subaru, Marine, Pekora are all averaging 15k+ CCV and even way higher sometimes. HoloJP now may not have as many memorable moments as 2020, but their biggest streamers are doing better than ever.
