Korone is a formidable person. Tokyo U graduate equals ironclad discipline. It's very obvious in her streams that she goes far, far beyond mere marathons, she's absolutely relentless and will break through any game while being entertaining and cute all the way through. This isn't something you just do, her work ethic, discipline and persistence are her inherent feature. She has an "iron grip" of sorts in everything she does in her life I assume. She'll never quit, never give up, never yield. Like a force of nature. I truly respect her.
Gura isn't dominant, Gura has objectivity and empathy which she uses as an instrument of power. She can accurately gauge what people are thinking and step outside herself, which allows her to deal with stuff like her chat where she simultaneously puts the "blame" on a chatter while also giving fanservice with her comments and staying clean because it's us who are making in weird. Gura is much, much more than she lets on and I respect her and admire her. I actually don't want to explain her too much because in her I see a reflection of my own methods and abilities. She is simply still young and in development. I love her, indeed I do, and I expect much from her.
Ina is powerful as well. She just isn't flashy. She's smart, capable, and quiet. Like a vast river that flows on and on and which will provide you with a restful place of overwhelm and drown you if you go in splashing like a retard. She seems to be well aware of her abilities and flaws and this makes her self-assured, confident and at the same time humble. She isn't pretending to be anything she's not, and what she is is an accomplishment of no little significance.
Ame, judging from what she said about her life and much pain, is probably unyielding in her own right, with great ability to endure hardship. This probably makes her patient, careful, and unyielding.
