The massive failure of Tempus shows at best that they can't consistently replicate the success of previous generations, at worst that they are entirely clueless about what they are doing.
So what would investors be paying for? A dysfunctional back office and talents that have no legal commitment to do anything and could very likely leave the second the IPO is done. The entire business would fall apart if 5 to 10 key talent left, which means it's not nearly ready for an IPO
