If this hiatus was the only time she "disconnected" or just straight up disappeared I would accept that but this is a running thing with Gura now.
I am just going to go with the simplest explanation, she hates streaming nowadays and has to force herself to do it. Even the bare minimum 3 streams a week was too much for her, streaming isn't fun for her anymore it stresses her out. Blame perms autism, blame cover depriving the branch whilst focusing on homos, blame the offcollab, blame the fans, pick your poison.
When she gets back if she shares anything about her health I expect it will be a similar story to Ina, what fans thought was some debilitating illness turns out to have been a mental health break primarily.
I just hope she doesn't start on the whole "I missed you guys SO much" shit because at least for me the spell has been well and truly broken - if she can come back and be entertaining again I will keep watching her because she is talented at what she does but she is not going to convince me she actually missed holo/her fans after all this.
