Speaking of the game, I had a dream related to it.
There was the same concept of humans being pets and eaten by animals. The humans got contaminated by water that had run through waterworks that had hairy radioactive spiders and a chain reaction of consuming the water with the spiders hairs turned them into bears and infected humans were exiled to an island. The bears could talk and they invaded the world due to having human intellect with a bears body. They kept them as pets and food.
