A week ago youtube suddenly shoved a bunch of dubstep I listened to a fucking decade ago into my feeds. It was a nice memory trip and it makes wonder why the genre fell off so fucking hard from the public consciousness, compared to other generational fad genres. Also it's kind of terrifying that google still remembers shit I listened to a decade ago.

because it was intertwined with MW2 and that era of gaming. once it died down, so did dubstep. seriously, the state of dubstep is just awful.
