If there is an unusual event the members that don't read superchats can ask management to turn them off but that request can be ignored. It is a Japanese style carrot/stick approach which encourages superchat readings.

Kiara made 100k more than Mori in the second half of the year
so if that trend continues she will absolutely overtake her in the next 2 years in total sc money (or next year if the scs stay at current level, but i expect it to keep decreasing)

Depends how cover does the splitting/revshare. Almost certainly the susan split will be pre-tax, my guess is cover would then pay their corporate portion of the tax before paying it out as wages (which would then be taxed).

Did a few comparisons to some of the more consistent JPs and it seems like a lot of these losses are probably global and related to an industry downturn. For example, pekora is down ~47% and korone is down ~45%. Doesn't mean that EN isn't underperforming, but it's not as bad as it first appears.

The members that do superchat readings look humble and grateful while also having the ability to turn them off which makes them appear more considerate of their fans. The members that never do superchat readings look arrogant and entitled while always having them enabled makes them appear greedy. Cover is using psychological tricks that are similar to the ones used in the idol industry.
