The easy starting point for you would be small corpo. The enviroment is very similar to Hololive so you will feel at home.
There are many options for you and many small corpos have sub niches.
I'd recommend you check them all and see where you find yourself at home.
If you want to go deeper down the rabbit hole there are the big indies, vtubers that are not part of a corpo but have large audiences. Those are more inconsistent because they are not tied to a brand or management, you'll have to ask more to see which suits you.
If you want to go even further beyond there are the small indies, even more niche and elusive.
Your options depend largely on how unicorn you are.
Are you a moderate unicorn who does not want to see males on stream with every collab, are you an unicorn light who is ok with some male interaction as long as it's rare? Or are you a hardcore unicorn who will drop a chuba if she likes a tweet from a male?
There are girls for all needs and tastes.
