Overall OK
The overlap of the sweater and the pants looks wrong, IMO.
The neck is ok, I guess, but it feels a little of being thicker on top or maybe the lower part of the neck looks flat without any V body lines, shadows or features.
Shorts too shorts, but that's personal taste.
They can look both female or male so I guess that's part of the appeal. That maybe-is-maybe-not is well done

Honestly would be nice if it was a bit more boyish to complete the androgyny look. Like the shorts could be longer and look more like school boy shorts. I see what you're going for, with the crosses and the black and pink sweater/schoolgirl outfit, but I would almost prefer it if the top were slimmer, thinner, and more form-fitting. The mid section just seems really sloppy for no good reason, and that really contradicts how neat and clean the rest of his outfit is.

If I'm reading your intent correctly, you're trying to blend male and female outfit characteristics. The problem is it's coming off was way too female. You need to accentuate the male characteristics. See pic related. Make the socks shorter and the pants longer to make it more boyish imo.

Take away the ridiculous scarf/ ascot! Remove the crosses, unless religion is a big part of your characters life/ personality, which sounds like a red flag in itself. Make the shorts longer, perhaps barely above the kneecaps. Remember less is simple, and adding more makes outfits look ridiculous and cluttered.

Did you do the art yourself? It's pretty good. I hope you do sort of have a femboy/trap voice though because the model to voice mismatch will be really fucking jarring otherwise, but I like the design.
