>>41440441Honestly, I would do the same if I was Gura.
She talked about the incompetence of management to get some of the simplest perms ever. People say that that's cope because Axel proved (with that screenshot) that perms are already readily available and listed on a spreadsheet, but thats not the whole story. Some perms really do need to be obtained ore renewed. It's not like once you get a perms for something, you have them forever.
She got into hololive wanting to be a singer and a rythm gamer, but hololive had issued with getting those games perms in a lot of cases.
Her Taiko drum perm was denied by the JP side of Bandai, and then they went through the American branch of Bandai that ended up granting the perms. All in all, just too much hassle for no reason.
Basically she thought that being in hololive and especially becoming one of the most popular vtubers in the world will be quite different and that she will have more opportunities to do stuff what she likes, but it didn't turn out to be that way.
Add on top of this a complete change in managements view of what hololive should be with trying to copy luxiems success in the west, and you got a recipe for a very unhappy streamer.
If you wanna know how shit hololive management is, refer to Vespers talk about perms around his debut where he said "Anything that is actually fun, we are not allowed to do".
