Strengthening your bond with your team members, doing part time jobs for money to buy gear/items (when you're not in dungeons killing enemies), studying, going to school, doing mid-terms etc.
I think Pekora would really like it if she gave it a fair shot. Beyond that, Pekora loves a riveting story with good characters; which is something Persona provides with in spades (with a few exceptions of course, there are always bad characters).
I could definitely see her becoming obsessed with Persona and buying Persona merch too.
