Saggy would hurt more given all she does. She's a very familiar face in projects. Possibly Shiishii... so-so on that. I think it's more Saggy that's the one that really pushes for stuff to happen.

But these days I barely catch streams as is, usually missing most of them so I jump around or watch clips. I stick to my favourites and those pretty much just exist internally to NIjisanji, really.
Even the likes of Kuzuha, Ibu and Kanae, while popular, wouldn't leave a huge dent in Vtubing in general - they merely exist. At one point I'd maybe have said Debi, but it seems she has become a little less involved as of recent. Seemingly she's sad right now from what I've seen others mention in the jay. That sucks.
In the more recent case of NijiEN
Nina, Mummy organiser.
Findaba dingdong, even though I don't particularly like her now, still does a lot of stuff behind the scenes for people.
I'm not too familiar with the rest to know for sure in who organizes things, get-togethers, etc.
Then again, this may be more just internally to Nijisanji than Vtubing in general. Nina might just get over that hurdle a bit given she has organized some outsider projects, someone else did as well but I'm totally blanking on it, I remember her mentioning it when she was organizing some stuff... fuck.
ID and KR not too familiar with to know for sure. I mostly know Mika, Hana, Hada and Seffyna, and most of that is Mika.
