If all 3 are shrinking, it means all 3 failed to take proper measures to ensure more growth. As I only watch Holo, I can only comment on the HoloEN handling regarding this matter, which has been abysmal. Had they analyzed their audience and the situation in the west correctly while also replacing their incompetent EN managers, perhaps they could have been reclining less or even inclining. They let go of Coco, they fired Rushia (but this was due to NDA so whatever) and they don't particularly seem to give a fuck that Gura isn't streaming at all or that she has lost all motivation. Keep in mind holostarEN auditions are still open, and they tweeted out a reminder of those auditions like two or three weeks before tempus 2, and tempus 2 was already picked out at least 5+ months BEFORE that tweet, meaning they are still looking for more guys to get into holostarsEN. Plus the JP side of holostars has also gone through ragequits and graduations. I admire Vesper for not being scared of losing what is otherwise an easy income job that can potentially be very fun as well, but he is by no means untouchable. The backlash Cover would receive for firing him would be minimal, they'd just bullshit corpo-talk their way into it being an amicable split. Then they'll throw in some mori+kronii+starsEN collabs so the twitter mob forgets and all will be forgiven.

Why don't talents get fired after they screw up? Why not just replace everyone that graduates with a different voice and pretend like nothing ever happened? You have no fucking idea what you're talking about. Just because you get a ton of applicants doesn't mean that they're all good applicants. This isn't Nijisanji where they debut new talents every other week, Cover is very picky about who they hire, Nene had to audition 4 times for fucks sake.
